Our History

Bytes and Sites, LLC was formed by Scott Offord and is a subsidiary of Scott Offord, Inc. Scott has many years of hands-on experience as a freelance web developer who’s range of skills include writing proposals, project management, needs analysis, and turning ideas into functional websites, and business management.

Our Future

It is our desire to grow our business adding specialists in each field who will help provide quality, affordable IT and web solutions to the all of North America. We hope to make a positive impact on the way people do business together by being a good example for others to follow, and by treating others with respect.

The Owner

Scott Offord is an established web developer and the owner of Bytes and Sites, LLC, located in Brookfield, Wisconsin. He has many years of hands-on experience with online marketing and turning client’s ideas into fully functional websites. Scott is dedicated to running a business that delivers quality, cost-effective web and IT solutions.

Scott was born and raised in Ontario, Canada. He has lived and worked all around the world including Ireland, Canada, China and the Dominican Republic. He holds a certificate in web design, development and maintenance from Humber College.

Scott believes that his work is a reflection of his character and that his attitude affects not only the people around him, but also the outcome and success of his work.
